Positive locking device: To adjust the two poles to the length required, simply push locking lever up to release the lock. The poles are adjusted as needed, and then the lever is pulled down to lock the pole in place. Once locked, the inner pole will not move, turn, slide or rotate. The locking device can be adjusted easily for correct locking tension
